- Project experience including transformation of systems and processes that led to cost savings and or regulatory compliance?

- Documentation experience of implementations such as BRD and FSD

- Type of systems implemented

- Seniority of stakeholder managed

- Understanding of Agile methodology of development?

- Understanding of SCRUM development

Certifications such as SCRUM, Agile, Prince 2 etc?

Any domain specialities such as Fraud, AML, Lending, Cards, Payments (ISO Upgrade), FATCA, CRS etc
