- The role is responsible for leading the India Credit Systems and Quality Assurance team in India Consumer banking group Credit Risk team.
- Report to RMG Consumer banking group Credit India head and manage a team of credit system & quality assurance specialists in credit system and quality management. The candidate must exhibit sound credit judgement with an in-depth knowledge in credit system logic flow as well as overseeing quality management function for in Consumer banking group Credit.
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities;
- Maintains adequate staff resource by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and identifying training for team members;
- Represents in Consumer banking group Credit in all system projects, migrations, enhancements and new system initiatives.
- Oversight of all system testing including design of UAT strategy and ensuring requisite complete and timely UAT in close collaboration in multi stakeholder setting.
- Maintains quality assurance service for in Consumer banking group Credit by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Manages and ensures high standard and effective post approval quality control checks and regular reviews for in Consumer banking group products under purview of in Consumer banking group credit.
- Work closely with all stakeholder system requirements and guiding them to achieve most effective system solution.
