Business Analyst Production Management - Oman

Main Role (Overall Accountability):

- Business Analyst - Production Management (BA-PM) is responsible to understand Customer/Business requirements and translate them into detailed requirement documents & manage the end-to-end life cycle of the requirements.

- BA-PM will also be required to manage the test scenario and coordinated with Bank's IT/Vendor teams for the successful execution of the assigned cases.

- BA-PM will be involved in creating produces documents, Customer Journey Maps, SOPs and any other documents needed to standardize the product offerings.

Job Skill Requirements:

- Bachelor/PG in Computer Science or similar qualification with experience of 5-6 years as Business Analyst in Banking Domain.

- Corporate Online Banking experience in Payments & Collections Domain

- Awareness of tools for mapping User Journey & Product Requirement

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical thinking and problem solving

- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

- Understanding of networks, databases and other technology

- Understanding of Agile Framework

Product Knowledge:

Experience in handling below Products will be preferred:

- Infosys Corporate Net Banking

- Intellect Collection and Liquidity Products

- Experience of Customer to Bank H2H Integrations.
