- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions regarding the effectiveness of the platform.
Process Modeling:
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Solution Development:
- Propose and provide high-level technical design solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Implementation Support:
- Work to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
Documentation:
- Create documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Quality Assurance:
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts.
Product Owner Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Coordinate, define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog to ensure it reflects the most up-to-date priorities.
- Feature Prioritization: Decide which features or tasks should be tackled first based on their importance and value to the customer.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that the product is being developed according to the vision.
- Decision Making: Make timely decisions on behalf of stakeholders to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and keep the project moving forward.
- Customer Engagement: Present product updates and gather feedback from customers and internal clients to ensure the product meets their needs.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Define and execute the go-to-market plan, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
