Business Analyst/Product Owner - IT

We are looking for Product Owner/ Business Analyst in our core product team.

Position - Business Analyst

Shift Timing- 2 PM - 11 PM

Location Gurgaon,

Responsibilities :

- Do research on market trends and competitive analysis/ comparison matrix. Understand Market and BusinessRisk and can transform that into Use Cases.

- Prepare products marketing presentation that will be used for the clients

- Review existing services and analyze trends, customer behavior, ways to improve etc

- Do market surveys and ability to find needed data where needed

- Stay abreast of best practices in Software-as-a-Service enterprise Apps, Portal and Content Management systems, can guide Product Owner and Engineering team for the latest

- Work closely with the business to determine needs and potential projects covering educational Portal and Mobility business initiatives

- Explain product capabilities, limitations and implementations, coordinate relevant activities to ensure customers issues are addressed and resolved within agreed time frames

- Define workflows and functional use cases, can configure applications and understand technical interfaces in use

- Can conduct Demos, Workshops and Conference

- Should be able to increase system Analytical abilities and increase user experience

- Interface with other teams and provide a platform to sync-up R&D, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Account Management

- Overall a Leader who can drive Product Strategy, assist in meeting sales target and ensure timely decisions for Team Org requirements and Delivery commitments while meeting Quality standards

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience in Scoping, Analysis and Assessment on cost of initiation, planning, development and maintenance covering Earned Value Reporting

- Have done hands-on in the past on Web Technologies, Cloud Computing, Security aspects and can do implementation if needed, understand - Bootstrap and Angular JS

- Experience in Education Industry is an advantage

- Good in conducting trainings, building knowledge base, Release updates etc.

- Advanced writing and editing skills; Ability to translate communication and employee engagement intobusiness results. Ability to develop content and collateral with the right messaging. Expert in PowerPoint and Excel
