Job Description:

Working extensively on a broad range of financial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, acquisition and leverage financing, equities, fixed income, principal investments

Liaising with Global Market Controllers in relation to joint venture transactions between Global Markets and Investment Banking

Maintain strong networks and communication across all functions that support and control the Investment Banking business, including Market Risk and Operations

Preparing & explaining weekly profit & loss projections; establishing product line profit & loss statements to identify opportunities and risks

Assisting in cash reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modelling and financial analysis & reporting applications, preparing journal entries, filing of records and general account reconciliations

Delivering efficiency related initiatives such as report and process automation

Candidate Profile:

Excellent Communication Skills.

Good Experience in investment Banking,Business Analyst & Product Control.
