Business Analyst/Product Analyst

Must Have:

AGILE, JIRA, SCRUM, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT , BUSINESS ANALYST / PRODUCT ANALYST

Must Have:

- should have strong analytics skills

- should be able to identify metrics which would be useful for through client analytics

- should be able to perform exploratory analysis on data and be able to identify data gaps

- client analytics will include APIs, web usage, errors, transactions, logins etc

- should be able to define the requirements grounds up and then execute on the same

- basic text mining skills to thematically summarize client experience

- should have strong communication skills and should be able to drive conversation with clients to increase client adoption

- be able to improve client experience and be accountable for it.
