- Synthesize business development plan (NBD) per Sales force
- Build road map on key projects (Stage gate) on NPD
Pricing Analytics :
- Setting up of price war room for consumer business
- Monitoring the variation in the RMC and optimizing the Pricing Strategy for the major customers
- Continuous integration with each Sales Manager to assess the market scenarios
- Build charts to assess the price relativity with respect to competition / premium gained /
key value drivers :
- Measure efficiency vs effectiveness of price corrections (Upward / downward) - Area under the curve
Creating Robust Dynamic Dashboards using Data Visualization Tools :
- Business performance Dashboards
- S-Curves analysis
- Work with PLM on optimizing the tail customers / products
Business Strategy :
- Integrating of business into pricing tool
- Map market potential through desk research
Process Standardization and Optimization :
- Standardize multiple reports for the Sales team to maintain uniformity
- Create and optimize various reports across functions
Competitor Bench-marking Reports :
- Closely work on various competitor analysis through market insights
- Import data analysis, Market analysis, Competitor performance monitoring
Market Research Project:
- Secondary market and literature research projects as per requirement Customer Relationship Management
- Create survey feedback forms for customers / distributors regularly
- Monitor and implement actions
Product Analysis :
- Analyze the product portfolio to understand the performance at the product level
- Build level of differentiation of key products in the market with value drivers / value proposition
Customer Analysis :
- Analysis on customer level / product level on churn
- Optimize the tail - RTM optimisation
