- Candidate must be highly analytical with demonstrated experience in critical thinking and analytical problem solving.
- Duties include business process analysis, redesign, implementation, test planning and system testing as well as translating business requirements into functional requirements and/or technical specifications.
- Candidate should have a working knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft Global Payroll and prior application consolidation experience.
- Provide business analysis support for the Global Payroll organization and act as a liaison between business partners and technical staff.
- Work closely with business partners to develop sound test plans, test scripts and resolve testing discrepancies by accurately assessing output against expected results.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, develop test plans, provide testing life cycle support and issue/discrepancy resolution.
- Capable of operating in a team environment, working efficiently in a multi-office/time zone environment and negotiating effectively with those in other functional/technical areas and countries.
- Exposure to programming languages a plus (i.e. SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, etc.).
- Exposure to automated test scripting a plus. 3+ years Oracle/PeopleSoft Global Payroll experience including involvement in multiple implementations
