Qualifications :
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Preferrable to have some insurance domain qualification/certification (MBA in Insurance, III-Licentiate/Associate/Fellow, The Institutes-AINS/CPCU, etc.)
Key Requirement for the Position :
- Should have working experience in IT industry and good understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
- Should have experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to BA tools (MS-Office, Dev Ops, JIRA, Prototyping/Flowchart tools, etc.)
- Insurance/Reinsurance domain (P&C) experience.
- Understanding of Policy/Claims/Billing systems and life cycles would be an added advantage.
- Understanding of US markets and products is an added advantage.
- Should have experience managing international (US/European) clients.

- Strong communication (fluency in written and verbal communication in English).
- Excellent time management, decision-making and planning skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking.

Job Description :
- Requirement gathering and prioritizing.
- Creating conceptual prototypes and process flows.
- Documentation (Use cases/User stories, BRD, FSD, SRS, RTM) and managing Boards (Dev Ops/JIRA).
- Planning and leading Client calls/email communication.
- Liaising with Dev and QA for regular requirement understanding sessions, UAT testing, test case review, etc. and other internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in activities associated with development of BA-Center of Excellence, training and grooming new BA team members.
