Business Analyst - Payments

JOB DESCRIPTION

- No of years of experience - 4 to 7 of which at least 2 years should be as a Business Analyst in Financial Services.

- The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company in BFSI vertical or someone who has experience working in IT division of a bank in the above domain areas.

- Should have experience in end-to-end functional project management including Requirement Gathering Functional Design Impact Assessment Business Analysis Project delivery Functional Testing and User Documentation.

- Ability to anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompasses issues at hand.

- Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross functional teams / cross location teams.

- Qualification - MBA.

- Knowledge in SQL Agile Process like SCRUM will be an added advantage

- European Banking experience will be an added advantage. Possess good knowledge on generic banking domains viz. Customers Accounts Fees & Interest.

- Should have business knowledge as well as hands on experience across one or more payment systems like SWIFT Direct Debits SEPA & other clearing systems like RTGS Fast Pay Cheque clearing
