Business Analyst - Permanent Remote - Create detailed business analysis - Reporting and defining business requirements for stakeholders - Who serve as the intermediary between business and IT - Assessing whether the IT solution is suitable for the business - Someone who is a part of the business operation and works with Information Technology to improve the quality of the services being delivered - Assisting in the Integration and Testing of new solutions - Support the development of training material, participates in the implementation, and provides post-implementation support - Demonstrate the ability to use a broad range of business analysis skills, methodologies and techniques including Gap Analysis, Feasibility studies, Use case modelling, API specifications, etc. - Experience compiling User Stories and Use Cases to develop requirements for the Development team - Ensure consistency of specifications across sub-systems. Look and feel / corporate branding very important - Provide input into user interface layouts and create mock-ups, visual prototypes - Utilize analytical tools to develop workflow, cross functional and process flow diagrams - Technical competency to troubleshoot and understand common problems and communicate to team - Able to produce structured design documents - Able to work with QA and Development Team to ensure implementation meets design and requirements - Understanding and experience with workflow and rules engine based solutions
