Key Responsibilities/Skill Sets: The candidate will have responsibilities in the following 4 areas: - Business Analyst (IT) / Project Management - Interact with business users to understand their requirements - Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation - Check on the fitment of the requirements within existing products - Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary - Create detailed requirement documents which will be shared with vendor for effort and cost estimates - Test patch/solution provided by the vendor before releasing it for UAT - Plan and co-ordinate with various teams to move patch/solution into live - Coordinate SIT, UAT and publish project updates to relevant stakeholders - Ensure projects meet deadlines BAU: - Interact with production support teams to find areas of improvements in daily processes - Interact with various teams, vendor escalation matrix to troubleshoot and close issues Compliance: - Assist internal and external compliance teams during various audits - Provide timely updates/reverts along with evidences to the auditors - Ensure prompt closure of audit points - Execution of projects as per the banks project management policy &nbsp;Vendor Management: - Evaluate technically new products and the facilities provided by new features in the product - Hold regular meetings with vendors to close on open issues, improve issue handling process Key Competencies / skill set: - 3-5 years of experience in Murex system (Back Office Module/MxML Exchange). - Murex Knowledge - Product understanding wrt back office modules. - Should have hands on experience on following workflows. a) Contract Workflow b) Deliverable Workflow c) Event Workflow d) Document workflow e) Exchange workflow (Interface Development) - Knowledge on Netting Key/Operation. - Knowledge on Pre-Trade Workflow (Optional) - Datamart Knowledge (Optional) - Understanding of treasury business and relevant processes - Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to create collaborative business relationships - Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously - Experience in facilitating work groups &amp; co-ordination skills - Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills Qualifications : BE &amp; Equivalent Experience: - 5-7 years of overall experience in this role - Experience in managing IT projects for a mid-size organization.
