Responsibilities will include:
- Understanding Mortgage Banking - Servicing / Default processes
- Business analysis and Data analysis for business reporting
- Define and document the reporting requirements for operational reporting, performance scorecards and exec level reports
- Creating data mapping document and functional requirement specification (FSD) and other relevant documentation
- Coordinate with data analysts in creating and productionalizing the reports.
- Should be able to reconcile and validate numbers in generated reports
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 4-5 years of experience performing similar role
- Strong experience in Banking and financial services domain specially in Mortgage Servicing / Default domain in recent consecutive projects
- Business analysis experience of requirements identification, analysis and documentation working in a complex and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in conduction technical and functional investigation, research and analysis to define the impact of enhancements on project deliverables and manages requirement traceability.
- Strong experience on Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience in defining and creating BRD, test scenario and test cases.
- Strong hands on experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in Visio, MS Word, MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must.
- Good negotiating skills, goal oriented approach to problem solving, results and closure driven.
- Should be able to generate requirements by providing solutions to client issues with consulting mindset
