Business Analyst - Mobile Domain

Job Purpose

Business analysis in mobile engineering group

Main Duties of the Jobholders: (List the main duties)

1. Understand the requirements from product manager/ business and elicit them to the detailed level. Suggest the alternative solutions if required.

2. Write the user stories based on elicited requirements

3. Co-ordinate with external teams like UX to sort of the dependencies

4. Explain the requirements to development and QA team during story kickoff.

5. Conduct the BA testing against acceptance criterion after development team completes the work.

6. Participate in showcase.

7. Actively participate and own iteration related communication from BA standpoint - like Sprint planning meeting, BA kick off etc.

Mandatory Skill/s:

- 5+ years in business analysis. Sound understanding of business processes and workflows is mandatory.

- Ability to understand business requirement, see big picture, elicit one liner requirements stated by product manager

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent understanding of agile methodologies

- Professional attitude, and team player

Nice to have Skill/s:

- Iteration management experience

- Mobile domain knowledge
