Roles & Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities:

- Support the deployment of the annual and long-term rolling business planning process.

- Tracking of major Business parameters and its performance against AoP.

- Create and manage dashboard of critical programs across OnMobile

- Identify critical business metrics, create a dashboard for periodic reviews.

Business Excellence:

- Document & update identified critical company processes across functions

- Monitor productivity ratios & resource allocation of functions across the organisation.

- Provide critical insights on business performance, productivity, resource allocation, perform root-cause analysis for business metrics, propose corrective actions and recommendations for performance enhancement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders for status updates and ensure schedule and cost adherence for company-wide programs.

- Support and program manage periodic business reviews of the organisations. Eg. QBRs.

- Evaluate business, investment opportunities and M&A proposals - provide analytical and strategic perspectives

Personal Specifications:

- Essential Qualifications: Graduate; preferably BE in Telecommunications / IT

- Additional Qualifications: Post Graduate management qualification from a reputed business school.

Requisite Skills:

Functional:

- Strong Analytical Skills & data interpretation skills.

- Working knowledge analytical & presentation tools.

- Understanding of business processes and its documentation.

- Ability to rapidly grasp the business dynamics and its metrics in the context of the mobile VAS and gaming industry.
