Job Purpose :

Business Analyst will collaborate with various teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes within the mining business .

He should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to mining operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Generate meaningful insights to support operational decision-making .

Financial Modeling

- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the economic feasibility of mining projects.

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

Operational Efficiency:

- Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Market Research:

- Monitor and analyze market trends, commodity prices, and industry developments affecting mining operations.

- Contribute to strategic decision-making based on market intelligence.

Risk Assessment:

- Identify potential risks to mining operations and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.

- Assist in implementing risk management plans to ensure operational continuity.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between renewable energy teams, engineering departments, regulatory bodies, and community partners to facilitate effective communication and alignment.

- Present findings, project updates, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
