Key Responsibilities
- Closely work with HOD in all analytic and strategic initiatives across the department. The strategic initiatives could include Inorganic / Organic growth opportunities, evaluation / creation of business models
- Provide support in analyzing various aspects of business viz, revenues, costs and projects etc by developing fact-based, data- driven measurements of business performance in collaboration with management.
- Evaluating processes, projects, data and systems using a systematic, disciplined and data-driven approach
- Creating informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with functional management teams and key business stakeholders to design, develop metrics that enable success.
- Handle teams monthly scheduled reports which includes pulling data, organizing reports and writing up analysis
- Work on weekly ad hoc requests to support multiple projects within the business unit
- Attend and participate in team meetings and stakeholder meetings
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Job Requirements:
- Management degree required, preferably in marketing
- 2+ years in business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to rapidly changing business environment
- Proactive problem solving and self-starting individual
- Must be flexible
- Analytical with the ability to think strategically
- Able to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively
- High level of interest in the process of transforming data into actionable insights
- Strong computer skills, specifically with excel and power point
