Business Analyst - Manufacturing

- You will be responsible for supporting in review of financial performance, annual business plans and growth strategies of the assigned business.

- Continuous monitoring and reporting of financial performance of business on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

- Periodic review reports on - annual Business plan, quarterly Peer reviews, long term growth strategy reviews, CAPEX reviews

- Critically evaluate and review investment proposals including JV, Mergers & Acquisitions, divestiture and other growth initiatives of the assigned business

- Facilitate business in setting performance measures for balance scorecards through insights and outside-in perspectives - Interpret local and global market developments and give insights on the business impact

- Prepare presentations for senior management

- Carry-out data based inquiries with market research firms and consultancies to gather necessary information

Work on cross-sector projects

Qualification And Experience :

- 4 Plus Years of Experience in strategic / business planning work experience in Manufacturing Industry

Functional Competencies required:

1. Systems & Data Analysis.

2. Functional Knowledge

3. Commercial Acumen

Additional Skills required:

1. Good knowledge of decentralized & centralized accounting set ups with exposure to both plant

2. Good exposure to robust systems in an ERP environment accounting & corporate accounts in an ERP system

3. Good knowledge of costing processes and systems

4. Good financial business acumen with analytical abilities and eye for detail

5. Good presentation skills & thorough knowledge of Excel working and PowerPoint
