Business Analyst - MD's Office

Key Responsibilities:

Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Financial Monitoring

- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to track performance and highlight variances.

- Monitor key financial metrics, including gross margins, receivables, and inventory, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Process Optimization & System Enhancement

- Identify gaps in existing processes and systems; collaborate with business and support teams to develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Lead initiatives to digitalize workflows, enhance process efficiency, and drive strategic business growth.

Investor Relations & Communication

- Prepare, review, and refine content received from the investor relations agency for accuracy and alignment with business narratives.

- Actively partake in earnings calls and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders for effective communication.

Audit & Compliance:

- Collaborate with internal audit teams to address audit observations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Drive the implementation of recommendations to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

- Enhance business intelligence dashboards by integrating relevant financial and operational metrics.

- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making at strategic and operational levels

Strategic Projects

- Support leadership in planning and executing strategic projects aimed at business growth and efficiency improvements.
