Business Analyst - Logistics Domain

Mandatory: PG/ MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes only

Business Performance Review : 

- Review of P&L and status check on key strategic programs across businesses

- Analyze available data, MIS and all available information pertaining to businesses or functions.

- Preparation of dashboard summarizing key business drivers specific to different verticals.

- Generation of various reports/presentations for senior management to take informed decisions

- Minuting business review meetings and preparing follow up action points

- Follow up with corresponding businesses and functions on identified points

- Study and share key insights on internal reports such as legal reports, debt reports & audit reports

- Work with finance team to facilitate auto report generation across verticals

Business Productivity Review

- Analysis of manpower productivity

- Analysis of various productivity matrices such as sales staff ratio, turnover to staff ratio, finance and operations team strength per unit volume or unit revenue, sales calls per person, etc.

- Benchmarking productivity against the best industry practices

- Study required reports and share key insights on internal audit reports, legal reports, HR reports etc.

- Dashboard Creation and management

Monitoring Key Matrices

- Dashboard Creation and management

- Monitoring ROI for investments made

- Monitoring ROCE for the company - business wise

- Monitoring financial health of the company - debt, liquidity, etc.

- Study required reports and share key insights on internal audit reports, legal reports, HR reports etc.
