We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with expertise in Loan IQ to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and enhancing our loan management processes through the utilization of the Loan IQ platform.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for Loan IQ system enhancements or implementations.

- Utilize Loan IQ data to generate reports, conduct trend analysis, and provide actionable insights to support informed business decisions.

- Lead and support the implementation of Loan IQ system upgrades, enhancements, or new installations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize loan operations and workflows within Loan IQ.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices in loan management, while leveraging Loan IQ capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using Loan IQ, with a demonstrated track record of leveraging its features for commercial lending and syndicated loan management.

- Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and system implementation within the financial services industry.

- Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency with SQL or other relevant data querying languages.

- Develop detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product functionality and technical specifications, ensuring test cases are aligned with product features and expected outcomes.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders and provide training and support to end users.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role within the financial services industry, with a focus on loan management and Loan IQ utilization.
