Business Analyst - Life Insurance Business - International Market

Job Description for BA (Life Insurance):

- Business Analyst having in-depth knowledge of Policy Servicing, Risk ratings, Reinsurance, commission/ payments in Life Insurance Domain

- Business Analyst having in-depth knowledge of Life Insurance domain.

- Having exposure to product life cycle management, application migration advantage.

- Understanding of Insurance business processes

- Understanding of application landscape in the Insurance business

- Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements

- Understanding of the Waterfall, Agile and scrum methodologies

- Understanding and exposure in documentation of requirement, preparing BRD, use cases, user stories etc.,

- Experience in functional testing

- Good analytical, documentation and communication skills

- We are looking for candidates with exp in international market only (Preference is for US/UK market).

1) Life Insurance domain expertise - Individual and Group insurance

2) Strong domain knowledge of Insurance products (Term Life, Whole Life, Universal Life, Indexed UL, Variable UL, Annuities, Endowment etc)

3) Excellent understanding of how business flows in Life Insurance - New Business, Policy Administration - Billing, Commission, Correspondence, Reinsurance, Tax implications, transactions etc.
