Work Experience/Skills:

- Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applications

- Strong written and verbal skills

- Domain Certification like FLMI (other equivalent certificates) would be an added plus

- Preferably Solution Design/Pre Sales/Project/Program or Bid Management experience in Technology Solutions

Role

Lead the engagement effort at different stages from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high quality and value adding solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in understanding and analyzing customer problems, data gathering as required and making use knowledge base from other projects/benchmarks, to assist team members by reviewing & providing suggestions on articulating the problem statement, the problem definition and documentation and develop high-level solutions.

- Review the proposal prepared by the team, provide guidance, and analyze the solution defined for the business problem with a view to proactively identify risks and possibilities of scope, ensure accurate estimates for the engagement in order to create the proposal for the engagement.

- Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-Is business processes and analyze/capture the client requirements. Perform high level fit-gap analysis and process changes, carry out benchmarking studies, provide assistance in resolving complex requirements, assist and review the work of the team, in order to develop diagnostic and benchmark reports, process documents, fit-gap analysis documentation. Also lead the team to define and develop solution alternatives, review, suggest improvements and present the recommended solution alternatives to the customer. Business process modelling, data modelling, security and integration modelling in the context of PLM package.

- Guide the team in designing a solution in line with the business / IT requirements. Plan configuration and development with the Project Manager, resolve product issues, work with the customer to get requirement clarifications and user sign-offs on key changes in order to complete configuration /customization. Guide and lead the consultants in customization or tailoring in line with customer requirements, help in resolution of IP issues. Review test plans, cases and execution reports and perform sample testing to gauge the quality and take corrective actions.

- Work with the customer to understand and review the deployment process, resolve data migration issues, review sequencing of activities and functional and technical dependencies, develop contingency plan, and provide suggestions for improvement.

- Identify Change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms. Participate in training to Key and end users as an expert IN ORDER TO help KEY and END users gain appreciation of the new system/process.

- Participate in and lead knowledge transfer, issue resolution, project and financial management, Strategy planning, branding and talent management activities and anchor (pre) sales, solution development, quality management, thought leadership (in various forums including IP creation and providing innovative solutions) and knowledge management.
