Business Analyst (Temnos/T24/Transact)

We are hiring for our IT/ ITES MNC Client across Mid senior level positions.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements.

- Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements related to Arrangement Architecture modules within the banking domain.

2. Solution Design:

- Design and document solutions for banking systems, focusing on "T24," "Temenos," or "Transact" platforms.

- Develop and maintain system design specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

3. Configuration and Customization:

- Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize the Arrangement Architecture modules according to business requirements.

- Provide expertise in the implementation and integration of banking solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector with a focus on "T24," "Temenos," or "Transact."

3. In-depth knowledge of Arrangement Architecture modules.

4. Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus.
