Business Analyst - IT Industry

Job Title: Business Analyst - IT Industry - Pune

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

Job Responsibility:

1. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.

2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

4. Develop detailed business and functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

5. Create and maintain documentation including business process diagrams, workflow charts, and system diagrams.

6. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions to address business challenges.

7. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and obtain approvals.

8. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

9. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis and project management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
