Business Analyst - IT - IIT/IIM/ISB/MDI

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to gather and document business requirements, and the skill to work closely with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business objectives. You will be required to handle various roles, such as project management and data analysis, making adaptability and strong communication skills crucial to success.

Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams and product managers to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.

- Business Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business data to identify key data sources, create data models, and produce actionable insights.

- Documentation: Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.

- Data and Workflow Diagrams: Create data flow diagrams and workflow diagrams to document and communicate business processes.

- Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

- Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Tools Usage: Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking and documentation management.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Data Pipelines: Understand and document data pipelines to ensure scalable and efficient data processing.

Data Analysis: Work with data analysts to interpret large datasets and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Requirements:

- Education: B. E. /B. Tech, MBA from a Tier 1 Institute preferred.

- Experience: 3-6 years in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.

- Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating data and workflow diagrams.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Big Data Concepts: Knowledge of large-scale data processing and distributed storage (Good-to-have).

- Cloud Architecture: Basic familiarity with cloud services like AWS and API integrations (Good-to-have).
