Business Analyst - IT Enablement

Skill Set :

- BE/B.Tech and/or MBA Degree with sound and consistent academic record

- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)

- Strong BA knowledge (Requirements elicitation, modeling techniques, UML)

- Experience with proto-typing tools

- Strong understanding of Agile Product Development

- Understanding of Standard processes with implementation experience below

Functional Areas :

- Customer Relationship Management

- Enterprise Resource Planning

- Supply Chain Management

- Financial Management

- Geo-spatial applications

- Custom built Web applications

- Expertise in at least one of the COTS products in above areas is highly desired

- MS Office and CASE tools experience

Responsibilities :

- Developing domain specific questionnaires

- Develop Business use Cases using structured templates

- Scope Definition/Elaboration

- Eliciting requirements and Analysis

- Ability to interact with senior management teams

- Translating and simplifying requirements

- Requirements management and communication to the development team, other stakeholders

- Preparation and maintenance of business analysis documents

- Design coordination

- Active collaboration with project technical team and management for planning, resolving issues and assessment purposes.
