Business Analyst - IT

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed business and functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Create and maintain documentation including business process diagrams, workflow charts, and system diagrams.

- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions to address business challenges.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, gather feedback, and obtain approvals.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions an recommend enhancements as needed.

- Risk Management experience is mandatory .

- BI Tool experience required.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.

- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis and project management.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
