Business Analyst - IT

We are hiring a business analyst for one of our client. Details mentioned below :

Required Skills:

- Overall 6+ Years of experience and min 3 Years of experience as Business Analyst.

- Excellent verbal and written (English) communication (As this is a direct US based client facing position)

- This position requires working with overlapping time of 4 hours with EST time zone with the client. (Job Timings: 1 PM to 11 PM IST)

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or MBA

- Strong knowledge of SQL

- Knowledge of any programming language, APIs

- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Figma, Miro, Wrike, JIRA, Confluence, etc.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/ or SCRUM Master is advantageous.

Some of the Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.

- Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.

- Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

- Serve as a liaison between onsite business stakeholders and offshore technology team.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Performing BA reviews

- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
