Onindus : We are a construction technology company headquartered in Florida. We design and implement Project Control Strategy for our clients all across the USA. Our Services include Business Automation, Change Management, Construction systems integration, Training and Onboarding.

We are looking for business analysts and process engineers, to understand client requirements and Product design and Product implement technology solution.

Job Description :

- Mandate-(SQL person with Reporting experience OR Business Analyst with SQL experience OR A SQL person with Business Analysis experience )+ US client handling exp must

- Should have experience in Product Implementation on any product, Business Analysis, Client interaction, Business Process Skills, Consulting Experience.

- Experience of working on ERP systems - should know in and out as a user (inhouse, small scale or large scale external like SAP, Oracle Financials, Salesforce)

- Prior experience of configuration for ERP systems (knows his way around as a system admin / configurator)

- Reporting tool experience and ability for data analysis.

- Should have strong experience on SQL Server.

- Business Process Understanding - Business Analyst responsibilities in past experience.

- Manage change experience in building reports/dashboards using any tool .

- Should have experience in Reporting tool (Any-Tableau, Power BI, Informatica etc)

- Ability to troubleshoot problems.
