Competency - Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent educational qualification with excellent academic background
- 4 to 5 years hands on experience working on Transport Management Systems such as Manhattan / JDA/ SAP TMS / OTM / BluJay etc. is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 full implementation of any TM system is desirable
- Exposure to Order Management, Network and Planning. Optimizer, Settlement processes is required.
- Ability to prepare best in class presentations and demonstrations to prospects/ partners. Excellent collaboration skills with ability to communicate project documents clearly to all project stakeholders, including client business teams and internal functional and technical teams
- Ability to understand complex business requirements, industry process and map them to existing TMS features, identify gaps, propose solutions, devise future ready automations and work-around is required
- Experience in conducting key user workshops, training, SOP creation, conducting UATs and go-lives is required
- Good business and/or systems analysis skills and proven track record of delivering within deadlines with the ability to prioritize projects
Job Description - Understand the Functionalities of the TMS product (Order Management, Planning, Execution, and Change Management) from business perspective
- Understand true value proposition offered by Ramco, benefits provided by the solution, and articulate these effectively with potential customers
- Preparations for best in class presentations and demonstrations to prospects/ partners, based on the actual pain points/ challenges specific to each region
- Preparation of custom designed solutions that will include integration with other modules and provide unique value proposition for each customer
- Understanding and analyzing various industry process/ Market/Competition
- Share Best practices with cross-functional team members
- Conduct workshops and trainings
- Scope of Travel 70-100 %
