Business Analyst - IT

Job Description:

- End to end project delivery - from Requirement gathering, project execution to Delivery

- Create an end-to-end Delivery Project Plan.

- Must have worked on LOS, LMS application with Loan products.

- Break down requirements into proper Features and User Stories for deeper analysis and explanation to Development & Quality teams.

- Document BRD and/or FSD and gain customer sign-off.

- Deliver and install technology solutions

- Help project team with the design and development tasks

- Monitor and manage scope

- Manage all documentation

- Assist with quality assurance, testing and documentation, work with designers, developers and engineers to meet project deadlines and produce project deliverables

- Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders

- Three or more years of project management experience in I.T. especially on Fintech / BFSI Projects / Products

- Hands-on experience of Functional and UAT Testing

- Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
