Business Analyst - IT

Facilitate the business analysis and engagement process with business stakeholders and IT solution teams for delivery of IT Systems enhancements, process improvement or new

functionality and the proactive contribution to business strategy, innovation and knowledge base, in line with Target's values

Work Experience:

- 2+ years in the retail industry working on digital projects

- Understanding of current and emerging technology and their potential business opportunities

- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills

- Experience in delivering projects under an AGILE methodology

- Excellent understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle and the application of quality processes
