Business Analyst - IT

Job Title: Business Analyst (IT Department).

Location: Mumbai, India.

Company: Jewelry industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Gather comprehensive requirements for ERP systems from stakeholders and users across various departments.

- Collaborate with different departments to identify and address issues pertaining to the ERP.

- Liaise directly with ERP vendor teams to resolve issues and facilitate the implementation of new requirements.

- Ensure timely resolution of bugs and errors in coordination with the vendor.

- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT to address emerging requirements.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of ERP performance and provide actionable insights.

- Provide training and support to users on ERP functionalities as needed.

- Assist in the creation of guidelines and training materials to enhance user understanding.

- Maintain detailed documentation of requirements for future reference.

- Conduct regular testing of developed requirements to ensure functionality.

- Support teams with ERP-related reports and queries.

- Handle ERP deployments, technical support, vendor coordination, training, and documentation.

- Perform data entry tasks and provide day-to-day support to employees.

Skills Required:

- Location: Candidates should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

- Certifications: Preferred candidates will possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- MBA holders are also encouraged to apply.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering is mandatory.

Candidates with a background in BSc IT will not be considered.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT service company; At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst on ERP implementation projects.

- Previous experience as a business analyst or ERP analyst.

- Demonstrated involvement in at least one complete ERP implementation project.

- Background in jewellery ERP systems preferred, though not mandatory.

- MBA or PMP certification is preferred.

- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
