Position: Business Analyst

Location: Kolkata

Job Description:

- Coordination between Team & Business:

- Acting as a liaison between Development team and Support team to understand and helping them different issues of Billing system and its fees related to financial transactions across geographies.

- Identifying and helping to create new business process:

- Identifying new billing process to increase the process efficiency.

- Helps in core business processes and flows in a typical billing set-up.

- Identify and analyze gap between current process and the existing ones and its document processing requirements to ensure the integrity of billing system functionalities which includes the business rules and logic.

Involve in research and development in upcoming technologies:

- Recommend and implementing new technology solutions in and training clients how to utilize new technology at lower operational costs to reach their business goals.

- Working with development team to understand the coding to adapt various business rules in production.

Skills Required:

- Should have 4 + years of Payment domain

- Knowledge about the payments system domain

- Knowledge about the revenue systems (billing) sub-domain in the payments domain

- Hands on experience in Billing Systems

- Must have ex-poser to Credit Card and Payments domain.

- Capable to handle diversified stake holders

- Should be able to handle client expectation independently

- Good Communication
