Proposal and Document Preparation:
- Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), proposals, and pitches for integrated service offerings targeted at the Ministry of Defence.
- Develop comprehensive data support documents to assist in negotiations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e. , finance, technical teams) to ensure accuracy and relevance of information in proposals.
Customer Engagement and Sales Pitches:
- Act as a key point of contact for the Ministry of Defence, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and pitches to Ministry officials and other defence-related government bodies, focusing on the value of integrated services.
- Customize solutions based on the Ministry's requirements, ensuring proposals align with their strategic goals.
Partner and Customer Coordination:
- Maintain regular communication with partners and vendors to ensure alignment on proposals, delivery timelines, and services.
- Follow up with the Ministry of Defence on ongoing proposals and projects, ensuring a smooth transition from pitch to execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of services once contracts are secured.
Market and Data Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and customer needs in the government and defence sectors to identify new opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance proposals and better tailor services to meet Ministry requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations for future engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, government sales, or a related field (experience with Ministry of Defence is a plus).
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior government officials and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in handling government accounts, especially related to defence.
- Understanding of public sector procurement and defence-related integrated services.
- Proven track record of working with complex sales processes, including proposal development and data analysis
