Business Analyst - IT

- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify key business needs, challenges, and opportunities.

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.

- Document business processes and workflows using clear and concise methodologies.

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date business process models (BPMs) and user stories.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and systems.

- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

- Conduct and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Develop and present clear and concise recommendations to stakeholders based on your analysis.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis methodologies.

- Participate in the ongoing evaluation and improvement of business processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar analytical function.

- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies (e. , SDLC), and best practices.
