Business Analyst - IT

Required Education:

Strategic business analysts holding a bachelor's degree in business, information management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2- 5 yrs of related experience. A master's degree in business administration from Tire 1 institute. A strategic business analyst is expected to study business process evaluation, business management, analysis and design, business systems analysis and trends.

Location: Pune

Skills Required :

- Strategic business analysts who will practice various research methodologies and will be able to balance the information gathering and human resources aspects of strategic business analysis. You must have a strong communication and analytical skill set in order to successfully interact with a variety of project stakeholders who may have competing interests.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, vendors and managerial staff.

- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

- Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
