About the Role:

- Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver passionate about leveraging technology to streamline business processes? We are seeking a highly motivated Zoho Business Analyst to join our team in Noida Extension.

- In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions using Zoho applications, and optimizing internal CRM operations to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze workflows, and define project scope.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement through Zoho CRM implementation and automation.

- Document business requirements and user stories to guide the development of Zoho solutions.

Zoho Solution Design & Implementation:

- Design and configure Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, etc. ) to meet specific business requirements.

- Utilize best practices and minimize the need for custom coding to ensure efficient solutions.

- Leverage Zoho automation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

- Develop customized management reporting dashboards to provide key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Management & Support:

- Manage CRM implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and successful user adoption.

- Create project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).

- Provide functional and technical CRM support to internal users, troubleshooting integration issues.

- Assist with setting up integrations between Zoho applications and existing business systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.

- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and proficiency in using its core functionalities.
