Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to understand current operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document their requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Identify potential process inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive change.
- Participate in testing and validating new processes and systems.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
- Assist in creating and implementing project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in business analysis.
Qualifications:
- Graduation or postgraduation in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business analysis or similar role (e. , process analyst, systems analyst).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for uncovering insights from data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e. , Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques (e. , BPMN, UML).
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is beneficial.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new things to keep pace with evolving business needs
