Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Gap Documentation:

- Analyze user stories and attached designs to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and missing details.

- Document these gaps clearly and work with product and design teams to address them effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between product and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.

- Maintain alignment with project goals and priorities through clear communication.

Documentation Management:

- Create and maintain High-Level Diagrams (HLD) and Low-Level Diagrams (LLD) (facilitate their preparation).

- Ensure Confluence and other collaboration tools are updated with accurate, well organized content.

Process Enhancement:

- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce ambiguity and ensure timely delivery of requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to refine team processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or IT product company.

Skills & Tools:

- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with HLD and LLD principles in SaaS environments.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proven capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
