Business Analyst - Investor Relations - BFS

Role & Responsibilities:

- The person will be responsible for communicating with the Investor and Analyst community and working with the Top Management of the Client Companies. Broad Role include managing the on-going implementation of the investor relations program, Regular review & modification of IR programs to broaden the Research coverage & Investor base

- Development of Investor Relations Information Pack - Investor Presentations / Press Releases / Financial Model / Information Memorandum etc

- Develop and manage relationships with key analysts, institutional investors and other shareholders

- Track & evaluate changes in shareholder ownership in the company

- Coordination of Road Shows, Investor conferences and site Visits

- Maintenance of the investor relations website

Knowledge & Skills:

- Good Oral & Written Communication

- Proficiency in Excel & Power Point

- Should be able to lead client execution from end to end

Education & Experience:

- CA / MBA with Specialization in Finance

- 1-3 years of experience of working in Investor Relations / Research / Corporate Finance

- Candidate with prior Investor Relations experience will be preferred
