Business Case Preparation
- Be the primary resource for undertaking all relevant strategic/commercial analysis as required, from a financial or strategic partnership perspective
- Undertake number crunching, financial analysis and detailed financial modelling as required
- Take lead on conducting industry research, market mapping, competitor analyses etc. to assist in identifying new opportunities and ensuring risk mitigation
- Be a touch point for all deliverables of the Strategy and Investments team - from data mining to preparation of marketing materials
- Interact and work with senior leaders on a continuous basis to pull together any analysis/materials needed to support business case creation and subsequent decision making M&A and Fund Raising
- Identify/assist in sourcing and evaluate new business opportunities that fit with Skeiron Groups growth plans/existing businesses
- Prepare relevant material for fund raising (can be equity, debt, structured fund raising), conduct financial analysis for fund-raising processes and prepare contract(s)/relevant documentation
- Assume responsibility for preparation of all internal and external marketing materials/analyses/decks as may be required to support such transactions/fund raising exercises
- Support in interactions with counter party teams and in deal negotiations, due diligence, etc.
External Party Interactions:
- Ensure timely delivery of requisite output from external consultants for any projects being driven by
Strategy and Investments team:
- Manage communication and ongoing relationships with relevant consultants/3rd party agencies
Investment Committee Cell Process:
- Assist the Head - Strategy and Investment team in complete running of the IC process on a weekly basis, including managing continuous communication with business teams and setting IC meetings and agenda for such meetings (through established channels)
- Undertake detailed analysis/vetting of business proposals submitted by teams and lead discussions with them to resolve queries, get additional information, undertake further research etc.
- Create Strategy and Investment teams insights, views, presentations (as required) on all business proposals, which shall be presented to the IC
- Ensure business teams achieve agreed upon milestones and provide all relevant updates in post IC phase

- Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or similar background with 8-10 Years of relevant experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to create robust financial/valuation models from scratch in relatively short times while maintaining high quality
- Solid presentation making skills and ability to present information concisely and insightfully to senior management. Should be able to create relevant insights for high level meetings (at the senior management or Board level)
