Business Analyst - Investment

Desired Qualification : Graduate and PG/ MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 institutes only

Reporting to : Senior Vice President : Chairman's Office

Accelerator :

- Analysing opportunities for buying stakes in startups in various fields

- Working on opportunities to incubate businesses with entrepreneurs brought in. 

- Identifying opportunities to invest in technology companies related to logistics

- Coordination with VC firms, external incubators and angel investors to solicit opportunities and align on potential partnerships

- Work on the requirements for running the accelerator

Mergers & Acquisitions :

- Detailed feasibility study of potential M&A opportunities

- Financial analysis and strategic evaluation of M&A opportunities

- Research and analysis post acquisition, for successful integration

Assets & Project Investments and Divestments :

- Undertake feasibility studies on internal projects across verticals and evaluate organic / inorganic expansion opportunities based on company's vision

- Prepare detailed analysis and work on reports for any asset divestment plans

- Analyze equipment utilization prospects and suggest sell/hold decisions
