Investment banking Domain is mandatory.  Job Descriptions:  Business Analyst:  The role of the Business analyst is to:  - Analyst and model financial products from Back Office applications or similar in order to align technical solutions with the core data model and business strategies  - Synthesize, validate, and prioritize business requirements with users  - Write functional specifications for Contribution, Catalogue, External Projects (core data model, financial product mapping, data quality and enrichment, data distribution)  - Write functional specifications for Reconciliation Tools/Processes (Accounting, Risk, Inter Company, Liquidity)  - Write functional specifications for Extraction Functions (Regulatory extracts, Audit, users, downstream)  - Coordinate the progress of enhancements from specification to delivery  - Prepare and organize key test phases, including system integration and user acceptance testing  Among the Architecture and System Design team, the business analyst is in charge of:  - Insuring the homogeneity, evolution, maintainability and sustainability of the functional architecture   - Preparing and proposing actions for the future of the application  - Communicating and reporting to project managers, top management, users, and sponsors  The deliverables are:   - Source data analysis and mapping  - Functional specifications (General and Detailed)  - Follow-up of developments  - Functional and Regression Testing  - Status Reporting  - Time tracking  The business analyst is responsible for:  - Quality and the validation of the functional specifications  - Supervision of enhancements planning and budgets  - Execution of the test phases  - Project, Change and Release Management documentation  Experience: 3+ years relevant experience as business analyst   Abilities:  The following abilities are required  - Strong writing and communication skills  - Strong Investment Banking knowledge: Front Office, Middle Office, Accounting knowledge, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Trade & settlement life cycle etc  - SQL skills  - Experience with any defect tracking tool such as Quality Center  - Fluency in English  - Strong collaboration
