Business Analyst - Investment Banking/Capital Market/Global Markets Domain

- Work as Business Analyst and work closely with Operations team in COS to identify opportunities that can result in capacity save, efficiency, enhance client experience.

- Able to create business case for the identified opportunities within COS function or through Line of Business.

- Create E2E flows for processes reviewed and business cases.

- Do Pre analysis on the identified opportunity: Reviewing and mapping current processes

- Do Post Analysis on the identified opportunity: Propose Solution and execution for future state by exploring all possibilities within Client Delivery capabilities - e.g. Ui Path Robotics, Tech with Ops solutions, Alteryx, VBA Macro, Tableau etc.

- Critical thinking, problem solving skills, business analysis experience.

- Will provide ongoing support to stakeholders for BAU activities.

- Will be working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders e.g. Technology, Ops team, LOB, etc. to execute mid-level projects and manage stakeholders.
