We have some Business Analyst role for our client.

Job Location: Poland

Duration: 3 to 4 years

Experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Risk is a must.

Good educational qualification is mandatory.

The Senior Business Analysts (SBA) will report to the work-stream leads. The role of SBAs is to help

- Determine the functional delivery roadmap and do a detailed resource planning

- Produce detailed business process flows, functional requirements, and specifications

- Assist the Product Leads with the day-to-day project management of their work-stream and milestone delivery

- Assist with the resolution of analysis related risks and issues

- Ensure that the delivered solution fulfils the needs of the business

SBAs will also work with the IT teams to convert these into technical specifications for implementation of the services as well as getting involved in the System and User testing

Other responsibilities involve:

- Working closely with other work-stream BAs as well as the Architecture team to share knowledge and standardize the process

- Gaining a full understanding of the process and be able to communicate these clearly to all levels of the organisation

- Identifying and escalating design issues and risks

Qualification: Post graduate degree/diploma from a reputed institute

Skills Required:

- Strong competencies in business requirements gathering, solution design, planning, and implementation preferably in large scale global programs (preferably from an Investment Bank or consultancy background)

- Familiarity with IB products and banking regulations, front and middle office trade operations, end-to-end trade lifecycle - SME across at least one product line

- Understanding of Banking operations, Trade Management systems, and Risk Management systems will be good to have

- Effective relationship management and influencing skills - ability to engage and establish relationships with multiple stakeholder groups (Front Office, Quantitative Strategies, Finance, Risk, and Operations)

- Good analytical and problem solving skills along with good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with colleagues across global locations remotely

- Experience of implementing change

- The candidate should be process oriented, have attention to detail, and have good time management skills
