Knowledge set :

- Understanding of online business or recruitment business and its levers will be added advantage. Good Power Point / Excel knowledge and abilities. Should have worked on ERP/CRM systems in past.

Functional Skills :

- Excellent communication Skills, Should have - enterprise perspective- and ability to think 360 degree. Strong Analytical Skills

Leadership & Behavioral Competencies :

- Should be able to plan ahead. Should be a self-starter. Should be able to work collaboratively within cross functional teams. Should have ability to maintain confidentiality, should be detail- oriented, and be a critical thinker.

- As person will be required to work with variety of people - executives to senior management, it is important to have string inter-personal skills and ability to Forge and maintain relationships.

Role Summary (with Key Deliverables) :

- Business Analytics : Use Analytics to identify pockets of growth / opportunities and understand the state of Business.

- Sales planning : Sales Planning for HTML revenues across all branches to deliver outlined growth

- Sales Enablement : Enable the sales team to sell better with knowledge sharing / initiatives planning.

- Pricing : Ensure price sanctity of our products in the market
