Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Gathering information about current state processes, problems to be solved and process to be improved

2. Conduct analysis using multiple sources of data to arrive at trends and insights

3. Finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions that many include new systems and process

4. Presenting findings to stakeholders and high level management

5. Creation of roadmap on approaching the solution and follow through on execution

Ideal Candidate:

1. Has 1 to 4 years of professional experience

2. Understand data structures

3. Is comfortable working on large amount of data

4. Any start-up experience is a bonus
